We empower musicians of all ages to learn new styles and create their own music, all by ear.

World-class faculty provide instruction in multiple traditions (Jazz, Rock, Bluegrass, Pop, Blues, Scottish, Appalachian, Asian, Arabic, etc..), develop improvisational skills, and coach groups in the creation of new music.

Students get the opportunity to perform, improvise, compose, and arrange music by collaborating closely with peers in small ensembles, which receive daily coachings by faculty.
